Part 1: The 'Way of the Cross' Procession

Experience the final steps of Jesus through a spiritual walk in the heart of our city. We will carry the Cross from Moncton City Hall to St. George's Church, stopping for meditation and hymns.

  • 9:00 AM: Gathering at Moncton City Hall.

  • The Procession: Cross is carried to St. George's Church.

  • The Meditation: The Seven Last Words of Jesus Christ will be meditated upon in seven distinct stops.

  • Music: Devotional songs will be sung throughout the walk.

Part 2: Services of Solemn Commemoration

Following the procession, we invite you to gather for worship and a quiet observance of the Crucifixion at both St. George's and St. Mary's.

  • 10:00 AM: Good Friday Service at St. George’s Anglican Church (Immediately following the procession).

  • 11:00 AM: Good Friday Service at St. Mary's Anglican Church.
