The ReConnect program provides assistance through outreach to youth and adults who are at risk of or are actively experiencing homelessness, from a client-centered and trauma informed lens. ReConnect assists individuals with working towards housing related goals. Staff aim to address immediate needs when possible, including access to food, clothing, employment, and counseling services, or provide support navigating them.

The Downtown Ambassador program provides outreach services in the downtown core. Our Downtown Ambassador aims to meet immediate needs by providing emergency snacks, warming or cooling supplies, and assistance with navigating services in the Moncton and surrounding areas. The program also aims to provide a listening ear to downtown businesses, and education pieces when it comes to homelessness.
